The property is located in a lively nightlife district and you should therefore expect some late night noise from the neighbouring establishments. In the middle of the glorious vacation paradise that is Marbella, 50 meters from la playa, and just a minute or two by foot from exclusive and vibrant Puerto Banús – this is the place to be. The neighborhoods are charming, the restaurants are as phenomenal as they are many, and the exquisite sunsets will take your breath away, over and over again. Marbella is a one-of-a-kind of town. No Parties - Quiet Hours 24:00-08:00 Hrs: This property will not accommodate any parties. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 24:00/ 12:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. We would like to reassure you that the noise sensor is camera-free and it measures sound levels without recording or listening. It does not collect, store or share personal data. It gives the signal to the security company and us only if the noise level is above the set threshold of 80 dB for 5-10 minutes. It equals to heavy traffic, very loud music, noisy restaurant, power lawn mower. While normal conversation and background music is equivalent to 60 dB. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your apartment if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including € 100 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from € 200 will be charged to the guest. Mandatory police register of tourists: As a tourist in Spain, you are obliged to register your touristic stay to local authorities. You will receive a link by email to register all members who will stay in the apartment, including photos of all passports. Please note that the keys will only be available in the key box when you fill out the register form accordingly. Wifi: To connect to the free Wifi, please follow the Wifi information mentioned on the back of the Wifi router Tv: There are some cable Tv channels and a Chromecast installed that enables you to stream directly from apps on your personal devices e.g. smartphone. Please download the Chromecast app on your phone or tablet and control the Tv through the app or use Smart Tv with the remote control to start streaming. Check Out: Standard check out time is by 11:00hrs on your departure day. Please remember to start the dishwasher and empty the trash. If excessive garbage and recycling (bottles, carton, etc.) is left in the apartment, extra costs may occur. Keys must be left in the lock box where you found them using the same code.
